Supreme Music Videos – 12/5/2016

1. DJ Snake ft Justin Bieber – Let Me Love You

DJ Snake’s controversial single with pop superstar Justin Bieber saw new life as an official music video. Spoiler alert: At first it seems like its about two of the dorkiest looking armed robbers ever, before you realize that it is virtual reality and there is no need to shame Bieber in the comments. Thus far it has accumulated over 18.5 million views on YouTube. Check out Encore by DJ Snake on Spotify or Apple Music.

2. Dwayne Johnson – You’re Welcome (From the Disney film Moana)

With nearly six million views, “You’re Welcome” from the Disney animated film Moana was the second most streamed music video of the week on YouTube. In the cheeky showtune, Maui — a demi god sent to protect the Hawaiians — acknowledges his own greatness, so it’s a lot like most rap songs. The Moana soundtrack is available to stream from Disney.

3. Rich Chigga – Who That Be

Brian “Rich Chigga” Imanuel from Jakarta, Indonesia burst into the hip hop scene with his track “Dat $tick” last May. His latest single “Who That Be” is going viral on YouTube in the form of a music video that features him sitting on the couch, and rapping in the forest. The video has garnered nearly 2.5 million streams since it’s debut.

4. Robin Schulz & David Guetta ft Cheat Codes – Shed a Light (Lyric Video)

The new collaboration between super star David Guetta, rising star Robin Schulz and indie darlings Cheat Codes, is the collaboration of the year, the New Year that is. The theme about shedding a light is a reminder of the shiny lights that glow in the darkness of the holiday season. The official lyric video is approaching two million views on YouTube.

5. Major Lazer ft Proteje – Christmas Trees (Lyric Video)

Major Lazer and Proteje dropped a Christmas track about, what else, smoking Christmas trees, this year. It is part of Mad Decent A Very Decent Christmas 4 compilation, featuring flips of your favorite Christmas songs, which you can download on iTunes or stream on SoundCloud. The lyric video has just under two million streams on YouTube.
