BPM Supreme is excited to announce our newest partnership with legendary turntablist, DJ Qbert. Today we’re introducing Scratch Tools, an exclusive collection of scratch samples, sounds, and breakbeats curated by Qbert & Skratchy Seal.

“Qbert’s Scratch Tools are an exciting addition to the BPM Supreme catalog for so many reasons. Not only is it amazing to partner with such a widely-respected DJ, but our DJs are going to love the variety of samples and breakbeats,” said Angel “AROCK” Castillo, CEO and founder of BPM Supreme.

Widely regarded as the most highly skilled scratch DJ in the world, Qbert is known for his innovative contributions to DJ culture and has collaborated with some of the most successful DJ companies in the industry. Scratch Tools have been specially assembled from Qbert’s personal library, as well as his own original productions.

“Scratch Tools are like an encyclopedia of sounds, a comprehensive collection for beginner and advanced DJs. These are actual sounds that Qbert uses daily,” said Kenneth ‘Kendo‘ Dolar, Tour and Event Production Manager for Thud Rumble.

BPM Supreme Standard and Premium members can download 10 unique Scratch Tools audio tracks created specifically for scratching. Each track contains either a string of sound FX samples or 4-, 8-, or 16-bar drum loops. Additionally, each audio track includes ready-to-use preset cue points that can be used as is or modified to a DJ’s liking. Select drum loops are also Serato Flip ready, a feature that BPM Supreme introduced this past March.

To celebrate the launch of Scratch Tools by Qbert, DJ Qbert will be performing in Atlantic City, NJ at BPM Supreme’s DJ Expo booth (booth 607) onTuesday, August 13 at 4:00 PM EDT, as well as at BPM Supreme’s Industry Party on August 13 which begins at 9:00 PM EDT. The annual DJ Expo takes place at Harrah’s Resort & Casino. The BPM Supreme Industry Party will be held at Premier Nightclub inside Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa.

“Teaming up with Qbert to offer a unique tool to our community of DJs is something we’ve been eager to share for a while. Now that the samples are live on BPM Supreme’s website, it will be great to have Qbert show them off at the DJ Expo and our big Industry Party,” said AROCK.

In addition to appearances at the BPM Supreme DJ Expo booth and the BPM Supreme Industry Party, the company is celebrating the launch of new Qbert Scratch Tools with the #QBERTSCRATCHTOOLSCHALLENGE. Scratch DJs are encouraged to use Scratch Tools in a routine, and then post to Instagram tagging @bpmsupreme and using the hashtags #bpmsupreme and #qbertscratchtoolschallenge.
