Previously only available in Serato DJ Pro, Beatgrids are a series of markers that point to the location of downbeats within an audio file. These are great tools to visualize your mix.
Free Practice Demo Tracks
Six demo tracks (three house and three hip hop) will automatically appear in your library and help you get mixing immediately.
Built into Serato DJ Lite, the new in-app learning and onboarding are great for first-time DJs who are mixing with Practice Mode.
Serato DJ Lite is free to download and comes with a free two-week trial of Serato DJ Pro. Other recent updates to the software include support for macOS Catalina, as well as streaming updates and a play count feature.
